Let It Flow provides evidence-informed prenatal education, Spinning Babies® Birth Prep classes, group breastfeeding education, and lactation support designed to help families feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth and feeding.
I support pregnant and postpartum families, partners, and babies — from pregnancy through early infancy.
Services are offered in-home (when available), virtually, and in small group classes depending on the service.
I also teach group classes in community settings, including breastfeeding education through the Midwives of Chatham-Kent and Spinning Babies® Birth Prep classes at Shakti Yoga.
I focus on physiological birth education, body balance, and partner skill-building so families feel empowered and supported — not dependent on outside support at birth.
Virtual consultations are available upon available and type of support required.
