Our Mission
Let it flow holds space for birthing families to be empowered through knowledge, movement & nurturing care. We honour the physiology of birth, the power of education and the sacred transitions of parenthood. Through prenatal classes, Spinning Babies® techniques and lactation support, we help families trust their bodies, soften into the process and flow into parenthood with confidence and calm.

Lactation Services
Our in-home lactation services aim to help you meet your feeding goals with evidence-based, compassionate care designed to meet you where you are in your feeding journey. Our goal is to be able to help you in the early days after birth. Timely, personalized support without the wait.
Within Chatham city limits; up to 1 hour in home appt $180
In office (upon availability) up to 1 hour $150 OR 30 min follow up $75

Breastfeeding Classes
We offer a variety of classes to help you prepare for breastfeeding, including prenatal breastfeeding classes, breastfeeding basics, and more. Understanding the changes that are happening in your body and using the natural cascade of hormones will help boost your milk supply, enhance your feeding experience and promote bonding early. Knowledge is power!

Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class
Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation parent classes are designed to help you prepare your body for birth through the use of balance, gravity, and movement. These techniques will help you find more comfort throughout your pregnancy and ease in the birthing process by encouraging baby to be in the optimal position for birth.
Also, with Spinning Babies® belly mapping method you can learn how to tell what position your baby is in and begin building your bond before they are born!
Spinning Babies® focuses on the whole body, including how your nervous system can help or hinder your experience.
Private in-home 3 hour class $300 per couple
Small group in-home 3 hour class (up to 4 couples if your space allows) $250 per couple

Whatever your goals or needs, a plan can be made just for you! Whether you want to combine classes such as Spinning Babies® and lactation, learn about pumping, flange fit, newborn care or discuss "what to expect", birth plan development or help to process a previous traumatic birth. We will work together to make sure you feel informed and prepared to enter this new season of life with confidence and calm.

About Rhonda
Rhonda McGregor RN, IBCLC, SpBCPE, SpBCBP
Rhonda is a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with nearly three decades of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. Her most recent certification as a Spinning Babies® Certified Birth Professional reflects her deep commitment to empowering parents with practices that bring comfort, balance and ease during pregnancy and birth. Rhonda is also a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator and Fetal Health Surveillance Instructor.
Passionate about providing evidence-based care and honouring traditional wisdom, Rhonda's teaching style is grounded in a calm, practical approach that helps families feel confident and supported to birth without fear for smoother breastfeeding and recovery.
Rhonda and her spouse share six children collectively and are blessed with an honourary grandchild who brings even more joy to their blended family. She believes every family deserves to feel supported, confident and deeply connected as they welcome their little ones earthside.
